Planning or know someone planning a Michigan Winter Wedding?

Michigan Winter Weddings hold a special place in my heart, and always have! Ever since I was a Michigan Winter Bride nearly 7 years ago, I’m like a little girl on Christmas morning anytime a Winter Wedding inquiry comes to my inbox. Snowy inspired bridal portraits are truly magical, which made me swoooooon the day of this styled Michigan Winter Wedding in Ann Arbor, when the flurries fell over Seth and Kiana like something out of a movie.

This was my first year not having any Winter Weddings, which made my heart a bit sad, so dreaming up this intimate Winter wedding which featured a gorgeous floral crown and bridal bouquet from Red Poppy Floral, had my heart walking on cloud 9. It’s so important for me to find a few projects during our “off” months to keep me fresh, and inspired, and still give my clients and future clients something to GUSH over, when planning their own wedding.

We had so much fun during this styled session, and Kiana was a TROOPER in this gorgeous lace sleeved gown we sewed her into the morning of our shoot. This quaint lodge in Dexter, Michigan was the perfect venue to host our session, and was a great place to escape for a little bit of warmth. Whether their teeth were chattering which brought about it’s own laughter, I was serenading them with my embarrassing rockin’  mom vocals, or having them kanoodle (my staple word) as they sang the Hot Cocoa Song from the Polar Express, it brought out who they were as a couple… and there is nothing that could make me happier.

So, if you or someone you know is having a Michigan Winter Wedding, or an Intimate Michigan Elopement in the Detroit/Ann Arbor area…

PPPUUHHHH – PA- PLEASE!!

Share this & have them contact me.

And, can we just talk about these florals for a second….. WOW!

The perfect Winter Wedding Inspiration, right there. Thank you Red Poppy Floral!

blessings, dayna
